在离体实验中,观察了用机械和抗原抗体反应的方法去除卵蛋白致敏豚鼠气管上皮细胞标本,对收缩物质、抗原攻击和电场刺激的反应性。结果:去上皮标本对多种收缩物质的敏感性较未去上皮组明显升高,EC50减少6~30倍,去上皮标本对电场刺激和抗原攻击所引起的收缩反应幅度较对照组增大1.5~2.0倍。提示,气管上皮细胞对气管平滑肌功能,尤其是对其过敏性支气管平滑肌收缩具有重要调解作用。
In vitro experiments were performed to observe the reactivity of mechanical and antigen-antibody reactions to evacuated guinea-pig tracheal epithelial cells with ovalbumin-induced contractile substances, antigen challenge and electric field stimulation. Results: The sensitivities to detrusor epithelium were significantly higher than those without epithelium, the EC50 was decreased 6 to 30 times, and the amplitude of contractile response induced by electric field stimulation and antigen attack was much higher than that of the control group .5 ~ 2.0 times. Tip, tracheal epithelial cells on the tracheal smooth muscle function, especially for its allergic bronchial smooth muscle contraction has an important mediating effect.
