目的研究天胡荽Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides的化学成分。方法利用硅胶色谱、Sephadex LH-20色谱以及反相HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,应用NMR等方法鉴定结构。结果从天胡荽中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为chlorogenic acid methyl ester(1)、正丁基-O-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(2)、当归棱子芹醇葡萄糖苷[(-)-angelicoid-enol 2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,3]、槲皮素3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(4)、槲皮素(5)、3′-O-methylquercetin(6)、芹菜素(7)、山柰酚(8)、5-hydroxymaltol(9)、齐墩果酸(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、豆甾醇(12)。结论化合物1~3,7~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and reverse phase HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR and other methods. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from the genus Celastrus as follows: chlorogenic acid methyl ester (1), n-butyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) -angelicoid-enol 2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 3], quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactoside ), Apigenin (7), kaempferol (8), 5-hydroxymaltol (9), oleanolic acid (10), β-sitosterol (11) and stigmasterol (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 3 and 7 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
