介绍了一种汽车用新型摩擦材料──HFPM系列材料,这种材料含有特殊添加剂,在低温轻载下具有像石棉摩擦材料、有机摩擦材料那样的高且稳定的摩擦系数及良好的配偶性。实际跑车结果表明,使用HFPM材料的离合器片性能优于石棉类摩擦材料,当汽车出现死起步时,HFPM材料的离合器片不打滑;半离合状态下,无烧焦、冒烟现象。随着汽车运行朝着高速发展,以及人们对环境污染的重视,HFPM材料可望成为新一代汽车用摩擦材料。
A new type of friction material for automobiles ─ ─ HFPM series of materials containing special additives with high and stable friction coefficient and good splicing properties like asbestos friction materials and organic friction materials under low temperature and light load is introduced. Actual sports car results show that the performance of clutch plates with HFPM material is better than that of asbestos friction materials. When the automobile is dead, the clutch plate of HFPM material does not slip; in the semi-clutch state, there is no char and smoke. With the rapid development of automobile operation and people’s emphasis on environmental pollution, HFPM material is expected to become a new generation of automotive friction materials.
