发展纳米科技重在具有综合素质的科技人才,他们不但需要有在一个领域越高的知识和专长,同时也需要对其它相关学科的深入了解,更重要的是要掌握学科之间的结合和穿插。这样的人才称之为纳米人才(nanoscien-tists)。培养纳米人才需要对现有教育体制的改革和创新。尽管国际上还无范例可仿,本文建议可在以下方面着手进行改革:(1)加强科学精神、科学道德和科学作风教育;(2)实现从狭窄的专业教育到全面素质教育,从单科教育到系统工程意识教育的转移;(3)加强基础训练,实现从静态灌输到动态终身学习的过渡;(4)建立培养创造型人才的教育体制;(5) 兼并专注单科和系统整体组合教育方式;(6)加强团队科研作风,培养对科学的浓厚兴趣和献身精神;(7)建立以系为支撑点的校/院级纳米研究中心。
The development of nanotechnology focuses on the comprehensive quality of scientific and technological personnel, they not only need to have a higher knowledge in one area and expertise, but also need to have a deep understanding of other related disciplines, more importantly, to master the interdisciplinary and interspersed .
