目的 评价低剂量粒生素对恶性肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少的疗效。方法 采用每天皮下注射粒生素 75μg一次治疗 45例因恶性肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少的患者 ,他们治疗前外周血白细胞总数平均值为 ( 1 .85± 2 .66)× 1 0 9/ L。结果 45例患者治疗后外周血白细胞总数上升达显效( 1 8例 )或有效 ( 2 4例 )所需时间为 5.5± 4.8d,有效率 93.33% ;无效 3例 ,占 6.67%。结论 每天皮下注射低剂量粒生素 ( 75μg/ d,可以明显减轻化疗过程中外周血白细胞下降程度、缩短白细胞在4.0× 1 0 9/ L以下的持续时间及恢复到 4.0× 1 0 9/ L以上的时间 ,且毒副反应轻微、安全可靠、费用较低 ,值得临床推广应用
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of low-dose biotin in the treatment of leukopenia caused by chemotherapy in malignant tumors. Methods A total of 45 patients with neutropenia due to chemotherapy for malignant tumors were treated with subcutaneous injection of 75 μg of biotin every day. The average number of leukocytes in peripheral blood before treatment was (1.85±2.66)×109/L. Results The total leukocyte counts in the peripheral blood of 45 patients after treatment were significantly improved (18 cases) or effective (24 cases). The time required was 5.5±4.8 days, and the effective rate was 93.33%; 3 cases were ineffective, accounting for 6.67%. Conclusion The daily subcutaneous injection of low dose of biotin (75μg/day) can significantly reduce the decrease of leukocytes in peripheral blood during chemotherapy, shorten the duration of leukocytes below 4.0 × 109 / L and recover to 4.0 × 109/L. The above time, with mild side effects, safety, reliability, and low cost, is worthy of clinical application
