行军性血红蛋白尿常发生于长途行军后的士兵,是部队中常见疾病之一。有关行军性血红蛋白尿的报告大多着重于临床的描述,而观察行军时的劳动情况进而探讨发病原因则很少见,因而未能提出预防措施。此次参加某分队行军野营合练中,对此病发生情况作了调查,希望找出发病原因,以便提出预防措施。通过对参加行军者尿的检查,除了发现尿中有血红蛋白外,尚有红血球、白血球和颗粒状管型;而且有的样品尚有肉眼可见的血球沉淀,值得今后重视。调查以一个连为重点。行军历时60小时(包括睡
March hemoglobinuria often occurs after long-distance march soldiers, is one of the common diseases in the army. Most of the reports on marx hemoglobinuria focus on the clinical description. However, it is very rare to observe the labor conditions during march and then to investigate the causes of the disease, thus failing to provide any precautionary measures. The participation of a unit marching camping practice, the incidence of the disease was investigated, hoping to find the cause of the disease in order to put forward preventive measures.
