目的调查高职新生的主观幸福感水平及其与自尊的关系,为新生的心理健康教育提供理论依据和数据支持。方法采用青少年生活满意度量表和自尊量表,对1 709名不同专业的高职大一新生进行问卷调查。结果高职新生在主观幸福感量表和自尊量表上的得分均处于中上水平。高职新生中女生的主观幸福感水平比男生高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);主观幸福感在生源地上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);自尊在是否独生子女及生源地上均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高职新生主观幸福感与自尊的正相关关系有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高职新生主观幸福感及自尊的整体情况较为积极,学生的水平越高,其主观幸福感的水平也越高。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of subjective well-being and the relationship with self-esteem of freshmen in higher vocational colleges, and to provide theoretical basis and data support for the freshmen’s psychological health education. Methods Adopting the Youth Life Satisfaction Scale and Self-Esteem Scale, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 709 freshmen with different majors in higher vocational education. Results The scores of freshmen on the subjective well-being scale and self-esteem scale are both at the upper and middle level. The level of subjective well-being of college freshmen was higher than that of boys, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); the difference of subjective well-being was statistically significant (P <0.01) There was significant difference between the ground (P <0.01). The positive correlation between subjective well-being and self-esteem of freshmen in higher vocational education was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The overall situation of subjective well-being and self-esteem in higher vocational college is more positive. The higher the level of students, the higher the level of subjective well-being.
