病案既是医生临床经验的总结,又是进行教学、科研的第一手资料,随着社会维权意识的增强,一份高质量的病案还是解决医疗纠纷的重要法律凭证。本文以绍兴县中心医院为例,从病案的形成和管理两方面入手,对如何控制病案质量进行了论述。 Medical records are not only the summary of clinical experience of doctors, but also the first-hand information for teaching and scientific research. With the enhancement of the awareness of social activism, a high-quality medical record is also an important legal voucher for solving medical disputes. Taking Shaoxing County Central Hospital as an example, this article starts with the formation and management of medical records, and discusses how to control the quality of medical records.
