研究了Fe_(83)Ga_(17)Er_(0.4)轧态合金不同热处理方式下的磁致伸缩性能及显微组织,并对比了不同热处理前后合金的性能及显微组织的变化,结果表明,700℃保温3 h淬火处理后,抑制了合金中的富Er相的形成,合金的磁致伸缩性能从37×10~(-6)提高到56×10~(-6),磁致伸缩的增大是由于合金冷却过程中出现不同的相结构,且具有择优取向的样品性能较好。
The magnetostrictive properties and microstructure of Fe_ (83) Ga_ (17) Er_ (0.4) rolled alloys under different heat treatments were studied. The properties and microstructures of the alloys before and after heat treatment were compared. After quenching at 700 ℃ for 3 h, the formation of Er-rich phase was inhibited and the magnetostriction of the alloy was increased from 37 × 10 -6 to 56 × 10 -6. Magnetostrictive The increase is due to the different phase structure during the cooling of the alloy, and the samples with the preferred orientation have better performance.
