根据空调器测试标准对温湿度取样装置的要求,比较了空气焓差法测试系统中空气接收混合箱的几种结构,并通过CFD模拟进行了优化设计。仿真结果表明,在接收箱内加装带有挡流板和导风格栅的混合器,对气流的均匀扩散、测量精度的提高有明显效果。
According to the requirements of air conditioner test standards for temperature and humidity sampling devices, several structures of the air receiving and mixing box in the air enthalpy difference test system were compared and optimized by CFD simulation. The simulation results show that adding a baffle with a baffle plate and a guide style grid in the receiving box has a significant effect on the uniform diffusion of the air flow and the improvement of the measurement accuracy.
