目的:研究血府逐瘀滴丸的制备工艺。方法:以滴丸的溶散时限、丸重差异系数以及圆整度为指标,采用单因素对比及正交设计试验筛选最佳制备工艺;并将制得滴丸用流化床进行包衣。结果:最佳制备工艺为药液温度90℃、冷凝液温度10℃、滴距5 cm、滴速40gtt/min。结论:该工艺合理可行,所制得滴丸符合药典对滴丸剂的质量要求。
Objective: To study the preparation of Xuefuzhuyu drop pills. Methods: According to the dissolution time limit, difference of pill weight and roundness as the indexes, the best preparation process was screened by single factor comparison and orthogonal design test. The drop pills were coated in a fluidized bed. Results: The optimum preparation process was liquid temperature 90 ℃, condensing temperature 10 ℃, dripping distance 5 cm, dropping speed 40 gtt / min. Conclusion: The process is reasonable and feasible, and the prepared pills meet the quality requirements of pills.
