本文首次研究了苏云金杆菌(Bt) 油烟雾剂脉冲式烟雾载药技术。研究结果表明,Bt 菌粉柴油烟剂经过6HY- 25 型烟雾机后,仍保持活力;经纯化培养Bt 对家蚕毒力没有下降;Bt 烟雾直接对家蚕仍有致病力。经初步筛选,Bt 油烟雾剂所用油以0 号柴油为较好,Bt 菌粉在Bt 柴油烟雾剂中悬浮性好,烟雾化后Bt 存活力高,且能自然扩散;食用植物油次之,而100 号汽油对Bt 有杀伤作用。研究还发现,烟雾机喷药咀直径大小是影响Bt 存活的重要因素之一,4 号喷咀明显比2 号喷咀效果好。综上所述,脉冲式烟雾载药技术应用于Bt 生物农药的使用是可行的,这为生物农药施药方法提供了一条新的、简便的途径。
In this paper, the pulsatile drug delivery technology of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) oil aerosol was studied for the first time. The results showed that the Bt strain of powdery tobacco smoke remained viable after passing through 6HY-25 smoke machine; the toxicity of Bt to silkworm did not decrease after purification; Bt smoke still had virulence to silkworm directly. After preliminary screening, the oil used in Bt oil aerosol is better than that of diesel oil No. 0. Bt powder has good suspensibility in Bt diesel aerosol, Bt has high viability after aerosolization, and can diffuse naturally. Edible vegetable oil is the second, 100 gasoline on the Bt killing effect. The study also found that the diameter of spray nozzle diameter is one of the important factors that affect the survival of Bt, No. 4 nozzle significantly better than No. 2 nozzle. In conclusion, it is feasible to use pulsed aerosol drug delivery technology for Bt biological pesticide application, which provides a new and simple way for biological pesticide application.
