[目的 ]探讨缺血预处理对肾脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 .[方法 ]观察不同处理组中肾脏缺血再灌注 0 ,2 ,6h时的钠钾 腺苷三磷酸酶和钙 腺苷三磷酸酶活性和病理组织学变化 .[结果 ]肾脏缺血预处理减轻缺血再灌注损伤所致的肾脏组织中钠钾 腺苷三磷酸酶和降低钙 腺苷三磷酸酶活性 ,使肾小管上皮细胞变性损伤明显减轻 .[结论 ]缺血预处理对肾脏缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用 ,其机制与能量代谢的改善有关 .
[Objective] To explore the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning on kidney ischemia-reperfusion injury. [Methods] To observe the effects of sodium and potassium apyrase and calcium adenosine on renal ischemia-reperfusion 0, 2 and 6 h in different treatment groups Triphosphatase activity and pathological changes. [Results] Renal ischemic preconditioning attenuated the activity of sodium and potassium adenosine triphosphatase and decreased the activity of calcium and adenosine triphosphatase in renal tissue caused by ischemia-reperfusion injury, The degeneration of epithelial cells was significantly reduced. [Conclusion] Ischemia preconditioning has a protective effect on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury, and its mechanism is related to the improvement of energy metabolism.
