课堂教学上:灵性应对,富有诗情语文课堂教学是人的教学,人是活泼的、开放的、有差异的,师生的一个闪念、一个举动、一个误会、一个忘形,都可能会增加教学中的非预期因素,这些“即兴创造”的随机事件会不同程度地影响教学过程。作为一个现实的、主动的、具有创造性的生命体,学生带着自己的知识、经验、思考、灵感参与课堂教学,他们是课堂教学的主体,更是教学资源的重要构成和生成者。教师如能善于倾听,敏锐捕捉,巧于甄别,以生成性资源为契机引燃思维,让这些思维的火花成为生成的起点,将会奏响闪烁着智慧光芒的精彩乐章。
