目的:旨在说明心理学在飞行训练中具有实用价值。方法:调查初教及中教飞行学员中××人,按飞行时间分组(初教与中教)。通过EPQ调查问卷得出的N、E、P、L得分进行逐步判别分析。然后,采用心理干预对有问题倾向的学员进行训练。结果通过EPQ量表分析,部分学员性格倾向可能对飞行训练安全造成影响,有必要采取心理干预。同时通过赏识教育的合理运用,可以提升飞行训练的效率和效果。
Objective: To illustrate the psychology in flight training has practical value. Methods: Investigate the junior and middle school flight students × × people, according to the time of flight grouping (primary and secondary education). Stepwise discriminant analysis was conducted using N, E, P, L scores obtained from the EPQ questionnaire. Then, psychological intervention is used to train problematic students. Results Through EPQ scale analysis, some students’ personality tendency may have an impact on the safety of flight training, so it is necessary to take psychological intervention. At the same time through the appreciation of the rational use of education, flight training can improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
