目的调查西安市食用植物油中苯并[a]芘的污染状况,为西安市食用植物油安全监管提供依据。方法样品采用正己烷稀释,中性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,Waters PAHs(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)多环芳烃专用柱分离,乙腈-水梯度洗脱,荧光检测器检测,外标法进行定量。结果所采66份植物油中,有32份检出苯并[a]芘,根据我国苯并[a]芘卫生限量标准10μg/kg,2011年全部检出,10份不合格,2012年11份检出,1份不合格,2013年4份检出,全部合格。结论近两年来所采售食用植物油中苯并[a]芘合格率明显提高,但还有相当数量样品检出苯并[a]芘,提示存在一定程度的污染,需在以后的工作中,继续加大对食用植物油生产的监管。
Objective To investigate the pollution status of benzo (a) pyrene in edible vegetable oil in Xi’an and provide the basis for the safety supervision of edible vegetable oil in Xi’an. Conclusions The passing rate of benz [a] pyrene in edible vegetable oil sold in the past two years has been significantly improved, but there are still a considerable number of samples of benzo [a] pyrene detected, suggesting that there is a certain degree of pollution.
