胰腺癌在临床上较常见，治疗以手术为主，但一旦出现上腹痛，消瘦，黄疽等临床症状，多属晚期，失去手术切除机会‘”，发展快，予后差。我科自1993年3月至1996年5月对35例胰腺癌行超声引导下局部注射药物，经皮经肝留置胆道支撑管（Stent）胆汁内引流，并服中药治疗取得满意效
