我国历年对半导体产业的总投人约260亿元人．民币（含126亿元外资）。现有集成电路生产技术主要来源于国外技术转让，其中相当部分集成电路前道工序和封装厂是与美、日、韩公司合资设立。其中三资企业的销售额约占总销售额的88％（1998年）。民营的集成电路企业开始萌芽。
