为了改善现行人工关节的润滑性能,需采用全新的结构设计,研制具有良好润滑性能的低弹性模量材料。本文用自行研制的振子式摩擦仪观测了生物相容性较好的三种聚合物材料,即硅橡胶、聚氨酯、聚乙烯醇水凝胶(PVA—H)的摩擦系数和润滑机理。试验结果表明:有润滑时,硅橡胶和聚氨酯分别与316L不锈钢组成的摩擦副,其润滑机理是边界润滑,聚乙烯醇水凝胶(PVA—H)/316L不锈钢摩擦副的润滑机理为混合润滑。
In order to improve the current artificial joint lubrication performance, the need to adopt a new structural design, the development of a good low-modulus elastic properties of lubricants. In this paper, three kinds of polymer materials with good biocompatibility, namely the friction coefficient and lubrication mechanism of silicone rubber, polyurethane and PVA-H hydrogel were observed by the self-developed vibrator. The experimental results show that the lubrication mechanism of the rubbing pairs composed of silicone rubber and polyurethane respectively with 316L stainless steel is boundary lubrication. The lubricating mechanism of polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel (PVA-H) / 316L stainless steel friction pair is mixed lubrication .
