在AZ31镁合金中添加合金元素Mo和Y制备了体育运动器材用新型镁合金,并进行了变温均匀化处理,测试与分析了合金的显微组织、物相组成、耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,合金元素Mo和Y的添加以及变温均匀化处理的应用,明显细化了该合金的显微组织,提高了它的耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能;与AZ31镁合金相比,该新型镁合金在均匀化处理前的磨损体积减少59.21%、变温均匀化处理后的磨损体积减少67.92%、均匀化处理前的腐蚀电位正移84 m V、均匀化处理后的腐蚀电位正移95 m V。
A new type of magnesium alloy for sports equipment was prepared by adding alloying elements Mo and Y to AZ31 magnesium alloy. The homogenizing treatment was carried out at different temperatures. The microstructure, phase composition, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy were tested and analyzed performance. The results show that the addition of alloying elements Mo and Y as well as the application of uniformizing temperature change obviously refine the microstructure of the alloy and improve its wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Compared with AZ31 magnesium alloy, The wear volume of the new magnesium alloy reduced by 59.21% before homogenization, the wear volume decreased by 67.92% after homogenization and the corrosion potential before homogenization was shifted 84 mV, and the corrosion potential after homogenization was shifted 95 m V.
