对玉米果穗自然干燥方法的探讨

1 几种自然干燥方法与脱水效果根据多年实践,我们把玉米果穗干燥期划定为9月20日~10月20日。在9月下旬气温较高,一般在10℃上下,空气湿度中等,空气流速较大,果穗脱水速度快;10月上旬气温稍有降低,但日平均气温仍在5~7℃,相对湿度变小,风力增大,有利果穗脱水;10月中旬气温继续下降,但相对湿度较小,风速增大,仍有利于果穗干燥;10月下旬后,气温下降较快,开始进入稳定冷冻期,果穗脱水极为缓慢且易遭冻害。见表1 1 Several natural drying methods and dehydration effect According to many years of practice, we set corn ear drying period from September 20 to October 20.
