目的研究富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich ibrin,PRF)对变形链球菌生长、产酸和粘附的影响。方法选用变形链球菌标准菌株UA159,制备PRF膜片及PRF浸出液(Platelet-rich fibrin extract,PRFe),将变形链球菌标准菌株UA159菌悬液接种于含有不同数量PRF膜片的BHI液体培养基中,培养48小时后,观察PRF对变形链球茵生长、产酸影响;用含有不同浓度PRF浸出液的BHI培养液培养变形链球菌48小时后,观察PRF对变形链球菌粘附性的影响。结果 PRF对UA159生长、产酸和粘附均有抑制作用,且随着PRF膜片数量的增加或PRF浸出液浓度的增高抑制作用逐渐增强。结论 PRF能抑制变形链球茵生长、产酸和粘附,并且随着PRF膜片量数的增加或PRF浸出液浓度的增高,抑制作用增强。
Objective To investigate the effects of platelet-rich ibrin (PRF) on the growth, acid production and adhesion of Streptococcus mutans. Methods Streptococcus mutans standard strain UA159 was used to prepare PRF membrane and PRF leachate (PRFe). Suspension of strain UA159, a standard strain of Streptococcus mutans, was inoculated into BHI liquid medium containing different numbers of PRF membranes After cultured for 48 hours, the effect of PRF on the growth and acid production of Streptococcus was observed. The effect of PRF on the adhesion of Streptococcus mutans was observed after culturing Streptococcus mutans with BHI culture medium containing different concentrations of PRF leachate for 48 hours. Results PRF inhibited the growth, acidogenicity and adhesion of UA159. The inhibitory effect of PRF on the growth of UA159 increased with the increase of the number of PRF or PRF leachate. Conclusions PRF can inhibit the growth, acid production and adhesion of Rhodosporidium, and its inhibition is enhanced with the increase of the amount of PRF membrane or the increase of PRF leachate concentration.
