目的,了解分析印刷企业经营管理现状,提出企业自身及其相关主管部门在印刷企业经营管理过程中需要改进的问题及应当提供的帮助。方法,采取现场考查及调查问卷相结合的方法,对长沙市2011年~2012年印刷企业进行生产、经营、管理、效益、发展等进行调查。结果,共调查印刷企业37家,经营状况同比增长的企业35.14%,减少的企业64.86%。产品价格降低的企业40.54%,价格持平的企业48.65%,价格增长的企业8.11%。主要原材料价格同比100%增长。人力资源成本同比100%增长。预期好的企业13.51%,一般的企业62.16%,不好的企业21.62%。生存与发展态度,乐观良好的24.32%,有较大生存压力59.46%,前途渺茫16.22%。存在的主要问题:缺市场70.27%,缺资金50.54%,缺人才40.54%,缺场地24.32%。自行对策,扩大规模企业37.84%,缩小规模企业13.51%,转型升级企业29.73%,转行企业5.41%。结论,印刷行业经营管理现状不容乐观,面临着原材料及人力资源成本增加,而产品价格下降、而市场需求减少的多重压力,印刷企业间的竞争激烈,各企业必须不断压缩成本,拓宽市场,加强自身的经营管理,寻求资金与人才的支持。

The main problems are: the lack of market 70.27%, lack of funds 50.54%, lack of talent 40.54%, missing 24.32%. Self-help measures were to expand 37.84% of large-scale enterprises, reduce 13.51% of large-scale enterprises, 29.73% of enterprises in transformation and upgrading, and 5.41% of those who switched to other industries. In conclusion, the status quo in the printing industry is not optimistic. Faced with the increase in the cost of raw materials and human resources and the drop in product prices, the multiple pressures of decreasing market demand and the fierce competition among printing companies have led to the constant compression of costs, widening of the market and strengthening of the market Own business management, seeking funding and talent support.
