目的观察重组海葵肽类毒素hk2a对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CCHF)新西兰白兔左心功能的影响。方法采用腹主动脉缩窄术建立新西兰兔CCHF模型,利用超声心动图评价静脉注射hk2a前后不同时段兔左心功能的变化情况,并设立对照组进行比较。结果hk2a能够在给药后即刻明显增加实验兔的左室射血分数(P<0.05),作用时间持续60 min以上(P<0.05)。与西地兰治疗相比具有起效快、作用强等特点。结论新型海葵肽类毒素hk2a能够明显改善CCHF新西兰兔的左心功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant anemone peptide hk2a on left ventricular function in New Zealand white rabbits with chronic congestive heart failure (CCHF). Methods New Zealand white rabbits CCHF model was established by abdominal aorta constriction. Echocardiography was used to evaluate the changes of left ventricular function in rabbits before and after intravenous injection of hk2a, and the control group was established for comparison. Results hk2a significantly increased left ventricular ejection fraction (P <0.05) immediately after administration, and the duration of action continued for more than 60 minutes (P <0.05). Compared with cedilanid treatment has rapid onset, strong effect and so on. Conclusions The novel anemone toxin hk2a can significantly improve left ventricular function in CCHF New Zealand rabbits.
