特材镀镍六面体是安装和调整各种惯性仪表的基准,六面体的工作平面表面粗糙度小于砌0.02μm,平面度不大于0.2μm,六个面相互的垂直度和平行度误差不大于2"。系统介绍了特材镀镍六面体的研磨方法,包括研磨剂的配制、研磨平板的研修、六面体的研磨过程,并且重点研究了不同研料对镍层精密研磨表面质量的影响。研究结果表明,粒度W0.5的自制研料研磨加工的镍层表面粗糙度在Ra0.015μm~0.02μm之间,表面无划伤,研磨性能优于刚玉研料和金刚石研料。
