目的评价血清胸苷激酶(TK1)、鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC)联合检测对喉癌的诊断价值。方法利用增强化学发光法(ECLA)检测TK1,采用微粒子酶免疫分析(MEIA)检测SCC,对80例喉癌患者血清TK1和SCC进行检测。结果血清TK1及SCC联合检测阳性率为78%,明显高于各个单项检测的阳性率(分别为52.8%、54.6%,P<0.01)。血清TK1及SCC含量与分期有关,均随病理分级的增高而增高。结论 TK1、SCC对喉癌具有较高的诊断价值,两者联合检测有助于提高喉癌诊断的敏感性。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum thymidine kinase (TK1) and squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen (SCC) in laryngeal cancer. Methods TK1 was detected by enhanced chemiluminescence (ECLA) assay and SCC by microparticle enzyme immunoassay (MEIA). The serum TK1 and SCC were measured in 80 patients with laryngeal cancer. Results The positive rate of combined detection of serum TK1 and SCC was 78%, which was significantly higher than that of single detection (52.8%, 54.6%, P <0.01). Serum TK1 and SCC levels related to staging, with the pathological grade increased. Conclusions TK1 and SCC have a high diagnostic value for laryngeal cancer. The combined detection of TK1 and SCC can improve the sensitivity of laryngeal cancer diagnosis.
