目的 检测和分析食管癌中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)mRNA的表达情况 ,探讨其与食管癌的淋巴结转移、临床分期的关系。方法 应用逆转录—聚合酶链式反应 (RT -PCR)检测和分析 3 6例食管癌组织和 2 4例癌旁 6cm以上的正常食管组织中VEGFmRNA的表达情况。结果 ( 1)VEGF189mRNA的表达与食管癌 :在 3 6例癌组织中 ,有 2 2例表达VEGF189mRNA ( 61.1% )。在 2 4例癌旁正常组织中 ,有 1例表达VEGF189mRNA( 4 .2 % )。 ( 2 )VEGFmRNA的表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期 :在 18例有淋巴结转移的病例中VEGF189mRNA表达 16例 ( 88.9% ) ;在18例无淋巴结转移的病例中VEGF189mRNA表达 6例 ( 3 3 .3 % )。Ⅰ期中VEGF189mRNA表达 3例( 2 1.4% ) ;Ⅱ期中VEGF189mRNA表达 11例 ( 84.6% ) ;Ⅲ期中VEGF189mRNA表达 8例 ( 88.9% )。结论 VEGF189mRNA与食管癌的侵袭、转移有密切的相关性
Objective To detect and analyze the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA in esophageal carcinoma and to explore its relationship with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in esophageal cancer. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect and analyze the expression of VEGFmRNA in 36 esophageal cancer tissues and 24 normal esophageal cancer tissues above 6 cm. Results (1) The expression of VEGF189 mRNA and esophageal cancer: In 36 cases of cancerous tissues, 22 cases expressed VEGF189 mRNA (61.1%). One of the 24 normal tissues adjacent to cancer expressed VEGF189 mRNA (4.2%). (2) VEGF mRNA expression, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage: VEGF189 mRNA expression was found in 18 cases (88.9%) in 18 cases with lymph node metastasis; in 18 cases without lymph node metastasis, VEGF189 mRNA expression was found in 6 cases (33.3% ). The expression of VEGF189 mRNA in stage Ⅰ was 3 cases (2 1.4%). The expression of VEGF189 mRNA in stage Ⅱ was 11 cases (84.6%). The expression of VEGF189 in stage Ⅲ was 8 cases (88.9%). Conclusion VEGF189 mRNA is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer
