目的识别、评价某汽车自动变速器生产企业可能产生的职业病危害因素,为该项目职业病危害分类管理和职业病防护设施设计、职业病防护设施的竣工验收以及用人单位职业卫生管理提供依据。方法采用类比法、检查表分析法、职业卫生调查法相结合的原则进行综合分析、定性和定量评价。结果通过对项目工程资料和类比对象检测资料的分析,该项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素包括:生产性粉尘(氧化铁粉尘、电焊烟尘、炭黑尘)、有毒物质(氨、油雾、乙醇胺、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、乙二醇、盐酸、硝酸、丙烷等)、物理因素(噪声、高温、低温、激光、紫外线、工频电场)。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,企业应完善职业卫生管理措施,加强通风除尘措施,保护劳动者身体健康。
Objective To identify and evaluate the occupational hazards that may occur in the production of an automobile automatic transmission and provide the basis for the classification management of occupational hazards and the design of occupational disease protection facilities, the completion and acceptance of occupational disease protection facilities and the occupational health management of the employing units. Methods The methods of analogy, checklist analysis and occupational health survey were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis, qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results According to the analysis of the project engineering data and analog data, the possible occupational hazards in the production process of the project include: productive dust (iron oxide dust, welding dust, carbon black dust), toxic substances (ammonia, oil mist Ethanolamine, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, ethylene glycol, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, propane, etc.), physical factors (noise, high temperature, low temperature, laser, UV, power frequency electric field). Conclusion This project belongs to the construction projects with heavy occupational hazards. Enterprises should improve their occupational health management measures, strengthen ventilation and dust removal measures and protect the health of laborers.
