在改革开放日趋深入的今天，计算机网络应用于医院信息管理越来越受到管理者的重视。随着社会主义市场经济的高速发展，将对军队医院的经济运行机制和管理模式产生深刻的影响。特别是军队医院在“皇粮”不足的情况下，为适应军队卫生改革形势和提高医院生存发展能力、“确保”为军队人员服务，计算机联网应用于医疗成本核算管理更富有现实意义。本文指出：建成医院计算机局域网络，实现医院信息共享，是医院创“三甲”、上等级、增效益必不可少的一环
With the deepening of reform and opening up, the application of computer networks to hospital information management has received increasing attention from managers. With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, it will have a profound impact on the economic operation mechanism and management model of military hospitals. In particular, under the condition of “insufficiency of royal food,” military hospitals are more practically meaningful for adapting to the military health reform situation and improving the hospital’s ability to survive and develop, and “guarantee” service for military personnel. This article points out that the establishment of a hospital computer local area network and the realization of hospital information sharing is an indispensable part of the hospital’s efforts to create “three tops”, grades, and increase profits.
