下丘脑性闭经(HA)是一种功能性异常。可能与促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)缺乏有关。病人雌激素极度缺乏,可伴有骨密度降低等并发症。本文通过测定注射CRH后皮质醇及ACTH反应性,对单纯性(非厌食性)体重降低与应激性HA病人的下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴功能进行了研究。 研究对象为10例功能性下丘脑性继发性闭经妇女,年龄29±7岁,闭经时间0.5~13.0年(平均4.3±3.7年);病人均无多毛、慢性内科疾患、神经性厌食、抑郁症、饮酒及吸毒病史。其中6例妇女在闭经发生时伴有体重降低,体重下降22~81磅(平
Hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA) is a functional abnormality. May be related to the lack of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). Patients with extreme lack of estrogen, may be associated with lower bone mineral density and other complications. In this paper, the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis function in patients with simple (non-anorexic) weight loss and stress-induced HA was studied by measuring cortisol and ACTH reactivity after CRH injection. The subjects were 10 functional hypothalamic secondary amenorrhea women, aged 29 ± 7 years, amenorrhea time 0.5 to 13.0 years (average 4.3 ± 3.7 years); patients without hirsutism, chronic medical conditions, anorexia nervosa, depression Illness, alcohol and drug abuse history. Six of these women had weight loss 22 to 81 pounds (p <0.001) when they had amenorrhea
