目的对荣宝和荣芽药物进行现场试验和杀螺药效验证。方法选取钉螺密度>10只/框(每框=0.11m2)的钉螺孳生地,分割成8个小区,分为实验组(分别使用荣宝和荣芽药物)、药物对照组(50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐2g/m2)、清水对照组,分别按试验剂量喷洒药剂,空白组喷洒等量清水;选择500m⒉左右的钉螺孳生荒地分3个区,在其中2个区施入荣宝粉30g/m2和45g/m2后深耕(20±5)cm,1个区为翻耕对照。施药后1、3、7和15d分别在每个试验区和对照区抽取10~20框,捕捉框内全部钉螺,48h恢复饲养后,用敲击法鉴定钉螺死亡数和存活数。结果施药后1、3、7和15d荣宝的钉螺死亡率分别为69.95%~77.58%;荣芽分别为77.17%~90.09%;50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐2g/m2分别为78.71%~76.25%;清水对照区分别为1.96%~5.26%。施入荣宝粉30g/m2深耕(20±5)cm后分别为32.00%~24.62%;施入荣宝粉45g/m2深耕(20±5)cm后分别为30.77%~75.00%;翻耕对照区分别为3.13%~3.53%。结论荣宝和荣芽药物是一种有效的杀螺药物,但其剂型还有待改进。
