为建立软体类水产品中6种矿物元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP MS)测定方法。利用微波消解处理软体类水产样品,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定软体类中的铅、镉、汞、铬、钴和镍等6种矿物元素的含量。通过稀释以及在线加入内标,有效消除物理干扰;通过调整质谱分辨率,减少丰度较大的同位素产生的拖尾峰干扰;通过使用碰撞反应池技术,降低基体干扰背景;并编辑干扰校正方程对测定结果进行校正。以软体类为待测样品,标准曲线相关系数在0.999 1~1.000 0之间,试验回收率在82.5%~120%,RSD为1.85%~7.90%,检出限是:铅0.01 mg/kg、镉0.01 mg/kg、汞0.01 mg/kg、铬0.03 mg/kg、钴0.01 mg/kg、镍0.03 mg/kg,线性范围为:铅0.01~4.0 mg/kg、镉0.01~4.0mg/kg、汞0.01~1.0 mg/kg、铬0.03~4.0 mg/kg、钴0.01~4.0 mg/kg、镍0.03~4.0 mg/kg。
To establish a method for the determination of six mineral elements in molluscan products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Soluble aquatic samples were processed by microwave digestion, and the content of six mineral elements such as lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium, cobalt and nickel in molluscs were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Eliminate physical interference by diluting and adding internal standards online; Reduce peak tailing disturbance due to more abundant isotopes by adjusting mass spectral resolution; Reduce matrix interference background by using collision cell techniques; and Edit Interference Correction Equation Correct the measurement results. The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was between 0.999 1 and 1.000 0. The test recoveries ranged from 82.5% to 120% and the RSDs ranged from 1.85% to 7.90%. The detection limits were: lead 0.01 mg / kg, Cadmium 0.01 mg / kg, cadmium 0.01 mg / kg, cadmium 0.01 mg / kg, chromium 0.03 mg / kg, cobalt 0.01 mg / kg and nickel 0.03 mg / Mercury 0.01 to 1.0 mg / kg, chromium 0.03 to 4.0 mg / kg, cobalt 0.01 to 4.0 mg / kg, nickel 0.03 to 4.0 mg / kg.
