目的 :研究灯盏花的化学成分。方法 :分离纯化采用硅胶柱色谱 ,结构鉴定采用IR ,MS ,NMR及文献有关数据比较。结果 :从灯盏花全草的提取物中分离并鉴定了 5个黄酮化合物 ,为 3 ,5 ,6 ,4′ 四羟基 7 甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ ) ,5 ,7,4′ 三羟基黄酮 (Ⅱ ) ,3 ,5 ,6 ,7,4′ 五羟基黄酮 (Ⅲ ) ,黄芩素 (Ⅳ )和 5 ,7,4′ 三羟基双氢黄酮 (Ⅴ )。结论 :化合物I,III,V为首次从本植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Erigeron breviscapus. Methods : The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structures were identified by IR, MS, NMR and literature data. RESULTS: Five flavonoid compounds were isolated and identified from the extract of Erigeron breviscapi as 3,5,6,4’-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (I), 5,7,4’-trihydroxyflavone ( II), 3,5,6,7,4’ pentahydroxyflavone (III), safrole (IV) and 5,7,4’ trihydroflavone (V). Conclusion : Compounds I, III and V were isolated from the plant for the first time.
