目的:探讨CT灌注及血管成像在早期缺血性脑卒中的应用价值。方法:选择早期缺血性脑卒中患者31例,均接受颅脑CT灌注及CT脑动脉成像检查,观察脑梗塞区CT灌注数据及脑动脉狭窄情况。结果:在CTPI图像中,与对侧正常对照区相比,脑梗塞区CBV及CBF明显降低,MTT显著增加,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CTA图像共显示24例患者存在脑动脉狭窄,其中,大脑中动脉狭窄最多,为11例,其次为颈内动脉虹吸段,共5例。结论:在早期缺血性脑卒中的诊断中,CT灌注及血管成像具有很高的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of CT perfusion and angiography in early ischemic stroke. Methods: Totally 31 patients with early ischemic stroke were enrolled in this study. CT perfusion and CT angiography were performed to observe CT perfusion data and cerebral stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction. Results: In CTPI images, the CBV and CBF in the infarction area were significantly lower than those in the contralateral normal control area, and the MTT was significantly increased (P <0.05). CTA images showed a total of 24 patients with cerebral artery stenosis Among them, there were 11 cases of middle cerebral artery stenosis, followed by siphon segment of internal carotid artery in 5 cases. Conclusion: CT perfusion and angiography have high value in the diagnosis of early ischemic stroke.
