1994年4月,我市某乡镇化工厂新装的一台水洗罐在试运行时发生爆破,夹套内的蒸汽大量喷出,幸好周围无人,未造成人员伤亡。事故发生后,检验发现夹套和筒体联接的环缝开裂,裂口长度有400mm,最宽处达100mm,断口处明显存在未焊透现象。内筒被压扁后撞在搅拌器的浆叶上,内凹最大深度达300mm,下封头没有明显变形。夹套破裂及内筒失稳情况如图1所示。
In April 1994, a washing tank newly installed in a township chemical plant in our city was exploded during the trial operation. A large amount of steam was ejected in the jacket. Fortunately, no one was left around and no casualties were caused. After the accident, the test found cracks in the joint between the jacket and the barrel. The length of the crack was 400 mm and the widest point was 100 mm. There was obviously no penetration through the fracture. After the inner cylinder is crushed flat on the blender blade, the maximum depth of concave up to 300mm, no significant deformation under the head. Jacket rupture and instability of the inner tube shown in Figure 1.
