采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟机对Mg-13Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.5Zr合金两种形状试样在温度为400~450℃、应变速率为1s-1、变形量为28%~77%条件下的热变形行为进行研究。研究结果表明:试样形状导致试验合金应力状态不同,对热压缩断裂行为产生明显影响;法兰试样产生纵裂,圆锥试样产生与轴线呈45°角方向斜裂;锥形试样真应力-应变曲线中出现稳态流变阶段,应变增大,曲线再次上升;法兰试样流变应力呈线性上升趋势;法兰试样内整体晶粒变形均匀性较差,圆锥试样变形均匀,存在明显的变形流线。
