目的 :分析全身骨显像与X线、CT、MRI对恶性肿瘤骨转移诊断的结果。方法 :把 114例恶性肿瘤骨转移者分为全身骨显像、X线、CT、CT +X线、MRI 5组进行诊断结果比较。结果 :当恶性肿瘤发生骨转移时 ,全身骨显像、X线、CT、MRI诊断的阳性率分别为 97.3%、6 3.8%、83.0 %、46 .7%。全身骨显像、X线、CT、MRI对转移病灶的检出率分别为 98.0 %、2 4.3 %、14 .7%、2 7.0 %。结论 :全身骨显像在诊断恶性肿瘤骨转移灶时无创伤、无痛苦、灵敏度高、不易漏诊 ,可早期全面检出肿瘤骨转移灶。因此 ,在恶性肿瘤骨转移的诊断中 ,全身骨显像比X线、CT、MRI具有更重要的临床意义。
Objective: To analyze the results of diagnosis of metastatic bone metastases by whole-body bone imaging and X-ray, CT, and MRI. Methods: 114 patients with malignant bone metastases were divided into whole body bone imaging, X-ray, CT, CT + X-ray, and MRI 5 groups to compare the diagnostic results. RESULTS: When bone metastases occurred in malignant tumors, the positive rates of whole-body bone imaging, X-ray, CT, and MRI were 97.3%, 6 3.8%, 83.0 %, and 46.7%, respectively. The detection rates of metastatic bone lesions were 98.0 %, 24.3 %, 14.7%, and 27.0 % for whole body bone imaging, X-ray, CT, and MRI, respectively. Conclusion :The whole body bone imaging is non-invasive, painless, sensitive, and insensitive to misdiagnosis in the diagnosis of malignant bone metastases. It can detect tumor metastases early. Therefore, in the diagnosis of malignant bone metastases, whole body bone imaging has more important clinical significance than X-ray, CT, and MRI.
