地黄干燥、炮制后,经HPLC测定梓醇的含量明显降低。梓醇含量的变化与酸、碱性条件有关,而在水溶液中加热时间对其含量无明显改变。与单糖、低聚糖混合并长时间加热梓醇的含量也未见显著变化
After dried rehmannia and processed, the content of sterols was significantly reduced by HPLC. Changes in sterol content are related to acid and alkaline conditions, but no significant change in the content of sterols in the aqueous solution. There was no significant change in the content of sterols mixed with monosaccharides and oligosaccharides and heated for a long time.
