近年来,医院的医疗纠纷急剧增加,冲击医院的恶性事件时有发生。为处理这些纠纷,医院要投入大量人力、物力,医疗纠纷成为当今社会性的一个热点和难点。新时期的医疗纠纷有着新的特点,产生的原因也很复杂,仅从专业技术方面防止纠纷的发生还很不够。除了医学和技术方面的进步以外,防范医疗纠纷的实际手法主要还是靠加强管理,完善制度,堵塞漏洞。
In recent years, medical disputes in hospitals have increased dramatically, and the vicious events that have hit the hospitals have occurred from time to time. In order to deal with these disputes, hospitals need to invest a lot of manpower and material resources. Medical disputes have become a hot and difficult issue in today’s society. The medical disputes in the new period have new characteristics and the reasons for them are also very complex. It is still insufficient to prevent disputes from occurring in terms of professional skills. In addition to advances in medicine and technology, the actual method of preventing medical disputes is mainly to strengthen management, improve the system, and plug loopholes.
