目前已证明有几种神经肽具有催乳素样释放因子的药理活性。其中做为催乳素样释放因子生理活性最显著的是催产素(OXY)。体内外实验已表明 OXY 对垂体前叶催乳素(PRL)的分泌具有刺激作用。近来已证明垂体前叶有高亲合力的 OXY受体,该受体与子宫组织上的 OXY 受体相似。此外,发现正中隆起与垂体前叶相接部的垂体门脉系统中含有高浓度的 OXY。由于发现动情前期OXY 的浓度最高,并与 PRL 峰有暂时性联系,故表明垂体门脉血中 OXY 浓度的变化可改变动情周期。
Several neuropeptides have now been shown to have the pharmacological activity of prolactin-like release factors. One of the most physiologically active prolactin-like release factors is oxytocin (OXY). In vitro and in vivo experiments have shown that OXY can stimulate prolactin (PRL) secretion in the anterior pituitary. It has recently been demonstrated that the anterior pituitary has a high avidity OXY receptor that is similar to the OXY receptor on uterine tissue. In addition, it was found that there was a high concentration of OXY in the pituitary portal system in the mid-elevation between the anterior pituitary and the anterior pituitary. OXY found the highest concentration of estrus and pre-PRL peak and has a temporary relationship, it shows that changes in the concentration of OXY in the portal vein blood can change the estrous cycle.
