In the marine environment, luminescent bacteria are found extensively in the luminescent organs, body surface and digestive tract of bodies of water, fish and cephalopods. Because of their luminescence, easier separation and counting convenience, some foreign scholars often choose them as the material for marine bacterial ecology research. However, in the past, the research on luminescent bacteria in foreign countries mainly focused on the light-emitting mechanism and classification. However, its ecological study was only observed by Beijerinck (1889,1916) in the North Sea at an early stage. In recent years, Ruby in the United States and Yetinson in Israel and others in the Southern California Sea, Puerto Rico Trench, North West
