为促进情感性组织安全文化建设,解析人的情感性安全需要内涵,将人的情感性安全需要分为爱与被爱的需要等3个不同层次,从安全文化学与心理学相结合的角度,提出情感性组织安全文化概念,分析其内涵和功能;基于此,剖析情感性组织安全文化的作用机理,指出情感性组织安全文化是组织安全文化建设的基础和内在需要。论证情感性组织安全文化能促使人选择安全型行为,情感性组织安全文化建设应遵从3点基本要求和2条总体思路。
In order to promote the construction of safety culture in emotional organizations, it is necessary to analyze the emotional security of people and to divide the emotional needs of human beings into three different levels: love and the need of being loved. From the perspective of safety culture and psychology , Put forward the concept of sentimental organizational safety culture and analyze its connotation and function. Based on this, the paper analyzes the mechanism of sentimental organizational safety culture and points out that sentimental organizational safety culture is the foundation and internal need of organizational safety culture. To demonstrate that the emotional safety culture of emotional organizations can promote people to choose safe behaviors and the safety culture construction of emotional organizations should comply with 3 basic requirements and 2 general thoughts.
