从工程量清单计价的概念与方法人手,分析了建筑工程阶段造价控制的重要性,论述了清单计价模式下建筑工程各阶段造价的控制与管理要点。以建设工程实例诠释了工程量清单计价法在造价控制过程中的应用,为工程量清单计价模式在实际建设工程中的应用提供理论参考,以期更好地对建筑工程造价进行合理的控制。 This paper analyzes the importance of cost control during the construction stage from the concepts and methods of the bill of quantities, and discusses the control and management essentials of the construction cost at various stages in the inventory pricing mode. The construction project example is used to explain the application of bill of quantities pricing method in the process of cost control, which provides a theoretical reference for the application of bill pricing model in actual construction projects so as to better control the construction cost.
