研究了去甲金霉素发酵滤液的提取新工艺 ,并对新萃取体系的萃取和反萃取特性进行了详细研究。新萃取剂的挥发性小 ,气味小 ,水溶性小 ,萃取过程产生的界面物也少 ,提高了萃取收率 ,降低了生产成本。可以直接多次复用 ,省去了回收溶剂和溶媒复用所消耗的大量能量。研究表明 ,该萃取体系有良好的萃取和反萃取特性。 A new extraction technology of natamycin fermentation filtrate was studied, and the extraction and back extraction characteristics of the new extraction system were studied in detail. The new extractant has less volatility, less odor, less water solubility and less interfacial material during the extraction process, which improves the extraction yield and reduces the production cost. It can be reused multiple times, eliminating the need to recycle a large amount of energy consumed by solvent and solvent reprocessing. Studies have shown that the extraction system has good extraction and stripping characteristics.
