目的总结牙科手术显微镜和超声联合应用技术处理由于增龄性变化所导致根管阻塞的临床应用效果。方法选取由于增龄性变化导致根管阻塞且常规方法未能顺利疏通根管的患牙57颗共76个根管,采用显微超声联合技术疏通根管阻塞。结果 76个根管阻塞中,有63个顺利扩通并完成根管治疗,总体成功率为82.89%。前牙、前磨牙和磨牙的阻塞根管分别为15个、22个和39个,应用显微超声技术寻找、疏通的根管数分别为14个、19个和30个,成功率分别为93.33%、86.36%和76.92%。结论牙科手术显微镜和超声器械联合应用可作为临床上处理由于老年人增龄性变化所导致根管阻塞治疗的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the clinical application of dental surgery microscopy and ultrasound in the treatment of root canal obstruction due to age-related changes. Methods Totally 76 root canals were selected from 57 patients with root canal obstruction due to age-related changes and the conventional method failed to clear the root canal. Ultrasonic combined technique was used to clear the root canal obstruction. Results Of the 76 root canal obstructions, 63 were successfully extended and completed root canal therapy with an overall success rate of 82.89%. Clogged root canals of anterior teeth, premolar and molars were 15, 22 and 39, respectively. The number of canals was 14, 19 and 30, respectively. The successful rates were 93.33 %, 86.36% and 76.92% respectively. Conclusion The combined application of dental surgery microscope and ultrasonic instruments can be used as an effective method for the clinical treatment of root canal obstruction due to age-related changes in the elderly.
