本试验以几种不同浓度的矮壮素溶液(200 mg/L、300 mg/L、400 mg/L、500 mg/L、600 mg/L)对播种前黄瓜基质进行底水浇灌处理,研究不同浓度处理的矮壮素对穴盘黄瓜幼苗质量的影响。研究结果表明:播种前以400 mg/L的矮壮素溶液进行底水浇灌处理的黄瓜幼苗的株高、下胚轴长度、茎粗、根系活力、叶绿素总含量等表现最佳,300mg/L效果次之。由此可以得出结论:基质浇灌300~400 mg/L的矮壮素溶液可以控制黄瓜幼苗徒长,有助于培育壮苗。
