《市场学》是资本主义国家一门用以指导工商企业经营决策的新兴学科。它研究的是,企业怎样去适应和刺激消费者的需求,有计划地组织企业的整体经营活动,以最少的费用和最快的速度把产品和服务送到消费者手中,从而获取最大的利润。近三十年来,西方国家经济取得较大的发展,是与普遍运用《市场学》来指导企业的经营实践分不开的。《市场学》最早出现于美国,现在这门学科也仍是美国处于带头地位。象日本、西德等经济发达的资本主义国家,以及苏联、东欧等经济比较发达的

It studies how companies can adapt and stimulate consumer demand, organize their overall business operations in a planned way, and deliver products and services to consumers at the lowest cost and fastest speed for maximum profit .
