建筑节能设计标准对建筑设计起指导作用,设计标准的科学性与合理性将直接影响建筑节能的发展。我国建筑节能标准种类繁多,国家标准、地方标准及行业标准对建筑的具体要求都有所不同。为了了解各地区不同标准之间的差异,并对其进行合理性分析,本文对比了严寒寒冷地区、夏热冬冷地区及夏热冬暖地区3个气候分区的居住建筑节能设计标准,并选取了西安、上海与海南作为这3个地区的典型区域,比较公共建筑与居住建筑节能设计标准。最后在分析的基础上提出了对标准的两个改进建议,以期对标准的发展与完善提供一定的参考依据。
Building energy efficiency design standards play a guiding role in architectural design, scientific and reasonable design standards will have a direct impact on the development of building energy efficiency. There are many kinds of building energy efficiency standards in our country, and the specific requirements of the national standards, local standards and industry standards are different. In order to understand the differences among different standards in different regions and analyze their rationality, this paper compares the energy-saving design standards of residential buildings in three cold climate zones, hot summer and cold winter zone and hot summer and warm winter zone, Xi’an, Shanghai and Hainan as a typical area of these three regions, compared to public buildings and residential building energy efficiency design standards. Finally, on the basis of the analysis, two suggestions for improvement of the standard are put forward in order to provide some reference for the development and improvement of the standard.
