目的:探讨饮食干预对维持性血液透析患者营养不良的影响。方法:对80例维持性血液透析患者实施6个月的饮食指导,在护理干预前后通过改良定量主观综合性营养评估法(MQ-SGA)及主要生化营养学指标进行疗效比较。结果:饮食前后患者营养不良发生率分别为61.25%和41.25%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),各项主要营养指标较护理干预前均得到明显改善,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:科学的饮食指导能有效地防治血液透析患者的营养不良,提高生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of diet intervention on malnutrition in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: Eighty patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients were given dietary guidance for 6 months. The therapeutic effects were compared by modified quantitative subjective comprehensive nutritional assessment (MQ-SGA) and major biochemical nutritional indexes before and after nursing intervention. Results: The prevalence of malnutrition in patients before and after treatment was 61.25% and 41.25%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The major nutritional indexes were significantly improved before nursing intervention, with significant difference (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Scientific diet guidance can effectively prevent malnutrition and improve quality of life in hemodialysis patients.
