周转库是承载物资存储、衔接区域库和车间班组库配送活动的关键节点,仓库布局是否科学合理直接影响整个仓储配送管理系统的高效运行。针对电力物资集约化管理和配送时效要求高的特性,在满足物资及时供应和仓储能力的前提下,建立周转库集合覆盖选址布局优化模型。利用所建模型,实现了X电力公司周转库选址数量优化,同时,结合地区实际,分析确定了最满意周转库-车间班组库配送方案,对解决电网企业仓库选址布局优化问题提供决策参考。
The turnover warehouse is the key node that carries the material storage, convergence area warehouse and shop floor warehouse distribution activity. Whether warehouse layout is scientific and reasonable will directly affect the efficient operation of the whole warehouse distribution management system. Aiming at the characteristics of intensive management of electrical materials and high requirement of distribution aging, the optimization model of the layout of repositories covering the entire site is established under the premise of satisfying the timely supply and storage of materials. By using the model, the optimization of the number of X-power companies’ repositories is achieved. At the same time, combining with the actual conditions in the region, the program of distribution of the most satisfied working bank-workshop team is analyzed and analyzed, .
